November 10, 2011 (New York, NY)— The New Jersey Technical Council (NJTC)will honor Berkeley Varitronics Systems with the Cool Product Award for their Squid™ Cell Tower Tester product.  The Squid Cell Tower Tester, developed and produced by Berkeley Varitronics, is deemed one of the Top Ten Technology Trends by the New Jersey Technical Council, and will receive the Cool Product Award on November 9th in Bridgewater, New Jersey at the Top Ten Technology Trends session.

The NJTC’s Top Ten Technology Trends session features a group of corporate executives and venture capitalists participating in an interactive discussion focusing on top technology trends that will affect all of us in the next 12 to 24 months. Panelists will discuss the technologies, including the Berkeley Squid, with the best potential for being the “next big thing.”
